how to connect Leica S1 Pro to the win2k pc, please.

I have a Leica S1 Pro digital camera. It's came with a SilverFast SF V4.x package and a Fiber PCI card. But it's support windows nt 4.0 only. We need to connect this camera to a win2k/xp platform. Where can I get the upgrade version? and the price?

ps: The PCI Card have a "AMCC PCI MATCHMAKER, S5933" chip on it.
