I HAVE silverfast 6 se for V700 epson.

I bought V700 MAY 2010. I used scanner on PC. so there is no problem.

some days a go i changed pc to mac. i cant use silver fast. so i try to upgrade silverfast 6 to 8.

free upgrade service needs invoice. but i dont have it. I think i lost.... Is there any way to free upgrade?

Dear customer,

The free upgrade is possible three months after purchase.
As you purchased your scanner in 2010 this is unfortunately no longer possible for your license.

You can however upgrade through our web store.
After selecting your device in the shop you can enter your existing serial for a discount.
SilverFast 6.5-6.6 will provide a 50% discount.
Older SilverFast 6.0 to 6.4 versions provide 30% discount.
