I am using SE Plus and plustek 8200i in Win8.1 environment. I am scanning old slides with sometimes a lot of pigment changes. Therefore manual adjustment of specially the dark end is a must.
My problem is that sometimes the histogram graph is stuck: it updates with the prescan but after that manual adjustments do not change the graph. The image itself updates. This happens 100% when launching the tool and disappears with the first or second real scan has been made. Sometimes it comes back randomly for one slide.
Best regards

Re: Freezing histogram graph
Dear Juha,
The Histogram you are talking about is an input Histogram.
It will not change.
If you want to view the output Histogram click the Ctrl/Option Key.
Kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.

Re: Freezing histogram graph
Thanks Arne,
I later noticed that if you swap the focus out of SilverFast and back, the Histogram keeps showing the "output histogram". I also noticed that pressing the <Alt> key (not <Ctrl>
) you can swap between histograms.
