Find frames renames images

Using the Epson V850 pro, I scan slides 12 at a time.

In my workflow I'm using the frame finder, so that frames are placed tightly around the image before scanning a new batch of slides.

I have a particular naming system to give each output filename an individual coded name.

However, the frame finder always renames images to "Image 1", "Image 2", etc. Every time. Therefore, when starting the job manager batch save, I have to re-type the whole coded filename.

Without the frame finder, the filename is kept.

Can I disable the renaming feature? Silverfast 8.8 Ai latest version.

Dear customer,

Do not activate the auto numbering in the batch scanning dialog and simply click the scan button in the batch dialog. When it is not active the individual names from the Scan dimensions dialog will be used.
