Expiration of IT8 target

Hi, my IT8 target, transparent slide, is about 8 years old. Do I need to by a new one?

Dear Ostler,

It is recommended to replace your IT8 targets every two/three years according to your storage conditions. 8 years is a lot of time for a calibration target, it would be advisable to consider acquiring a replacement target.
