Dust and Scratch Removal
How come when I go through all the trouble of using SRD and when the file is scanning and the dust/scratch progress bar comes up and when the photo comes into PHOTOSHOP none of the scratches are fixed, everything is the same. HELP!!!!!!
MacPro Quad Core 2.8 Ghz / 6gb RAM / OS 10.5.2
SRD repaired picture into Photoshop
When you are using SRD -> first use the preview to see the recognized defects to remove -> don't forget to set 'save' in settings.
hope that helps.

I have the same problem. SRD does virtually nothing. I use the Preview option, Auto and have also played around with different settings. Nothing. The utility does virtually nothing.
I've got a print with significant creases and a rip in a nearly white sky. I select White as the selection option, and as I raise the detection sensitivity, the dark grey building and green grass in the scene are affected but the sky is left vitually untouched.
The Longish Scratch Removal also does nothing.
I'm running 6.1.0r5 with an Epson 3200 on a WinXP Pro platform.
Back to the drawing board?

Dear Customers,
to verify your announcement I tried this here, epson 3200 under MAC OSX 10.3.1 -> It does work
Please refer to your manual.
if you are in the SRD window / menu to get an preview of your result use the buttons next to the questionmark on the right. -> the green mountains <- switch between different settings and use the 3rd and 2nd button next to the questionmark.
kind regards
