Copyright release to print the SilverFast Manual

Hello,

How do I get a copyright release so I can have Kinko's print a copy (just one copy) of the SilverFast Manual 2006-11-27? I have downloaded the pdf file but Kinko will not let me print a hardcopy of the manual for my personal use unless I have a copyright release.

I have purchased the product SilverFast SE Plus Version 6.5 (Canon CanoScan FS4000US). I could not find on the web site a link to purchase a hard copy of this manual.
