CMS options - which ICM profile?

I'm trying to set the CMS/IT8 preferences. I don't have Photoshop. In the CMS options, I've selected ICM under Color Management on the understanding that I want color matching but not from within my graphics programme. I am stuck with 'ICM profiles - Internal'. The options don't match those in the two tutorials I've watched. They are Adobe RGB(1998); eciRGB v.2; eciRGB v.2 ICCv4; sRGB IEC61966.2.1. Since I don't have Photoshop I don't know whether I should choose Adobe RGB or one of the others. Or have I missed something?

Dear Solo,

For most uses the first three settings in the ICM menu should read:
- ICM
- ICM
- RGB

Adobe RGB is one of the most widely used color-spaces.
eciRGB is often being used in Europe.

You should be able to use any of these color-spaces without any problems.
