Batch scans - first one fine, following ones are not

Hello,

I've been using the batch scan feature extensively for the past month and a half to scan negatives/slides without any problems. In other words, I think I know what I'm doing...

Then, suddenly, yesterday, I realized that the first scan in my batch is turning out the way it is supposed to be -- in this case I'm scanning negatives, so it's coming out positive -- but the subsequent scans are coming out as negative images. In the prescan, all of the images look correct.

Can anyone point on a reason why this might be happening?

Did you activate the image auto adjustment for batch scans in the preferences' Auto tab?
