Ai 5.5 + G4 + SCSI card

On beige G3 with built-in scsi and Agfa Snapscan 1236s AI 5.5 worked fine. After upgrading to G4 (AGP graphic) with ATTO scsi card (scanner still the same) the scan area ir one line (not rectangle) (but i can't make prescan because error "out of memory" and "scan" button is missing). Downloaded 6.0 demo - the same errorr. With Adaptec scsi card - the same errorr.
Silverfast does not like scsi cards?

There were problems with ATTO cards in the beginning, you might need to update your SilverFast 5.5 to release 5.5.2r<current>
