8200i USB Problem Scanning only half the image, help

Hard- and software: Windows7 Home Premium, Plustek Optic Film 8200i USB, SilverFast 8.0 Verision 8.0.1r18, OpticFilm 8200i V5.0.0.3.
Setting: Negative, Format Custom PSD 2400ppi Kodak Gold 100ASA and the rest is default.
I Press Prescan: result is OK and the image is 100% size.
I Press Scan: Scanning Image and output only 30% of picture inspite the task bar show 100%
