I just got the program but am having a problem with the filmstrip holder preview. When I choose that I'm using a filmstrip holder, it selects 4 rows of 35mm strips, but the holders with the Epson v850 have 3 rows. How can I fix this?
Also, it seems that i have to work on each negative one by one from what I've seen so far. But as I'm clearly no expert, is there a way to apply color correcting, the dust/scratches fixes, etc to all the negatives in my film holder at the same time?
Thanks so much,
kp

Re: 3 row 35mm filmstrip holder with Epson 850
Dear kp,
Is your scanner correctly identified in the top bar of the SilverFast window?
It would show 4 rows for the EPSON V750 because it is using a different holder.
Kind regards,
Arne

Re: 3 row 35mm filmstrip holder with Epson 850
I am using V750 Pro but I purchased two V850 film holders because they are improved version. SF 8.8 sees my scanner as V750 with 4 slot film holder.
How can I make SF 8.8 see the new 850 film holders as three slots so that I can do batch scanning, please?
Thank you very much for your help.
