When scanning a positive in SF6 Ai studio I can change the exposure setting to make the scan lighter or darker.
But in SF8 I can't find this setting. Where is it?

That is only available for negatives.
If you want to correct the brightness of slides you should use the Midtone slider in the Image settings dialog.

In SF6 their was an exposure slider (see http://www.bwstills.nl/temp/exposureslider_positives.jpg).
Now I use the midtone slider for my positives but is is not enough. The results are not so sparkle in SF8.
I hope, the picture settings as in SF6 are comming back in SF8 soon.

I forgot about that setting because I generally only adjust the Midtone values for most brightness adjustments.
