Topics being clipped

The topics of new posts on this forum are being truncated. I posted "Update downloads broken" and it's been clipped. I re-edited it, and it was clipped again.

Also, the formatting is broken, things like bold don't work, the forum software appears to be a bit broken...

Dear DJ,

I have corrected the field. Now there are 60 characters possible again instead of 20.
