I have recently aquired a Hasselblad Xpan camera with a negative format of 24 * 65 mm
on 35 mm film. Basically it should be a software issue to be able to use a 35 film scanner
( like my polaroid 4000 ). The holder for negativ strips for that scanner just needs an easily
arranged adjustment to open the space for the length of my Hasselblad negatives. But
in the software I know of there is no way to adjust the length of the scan to a customized
setting. Ideas? Reflections?
Hopefully, Mikael

Re: Scanning Panorama Negatives
Dear Mikael,
most 35mm scanner are not capable of scanning images of that size.
The size you request is beyond the maximum physical scanning area for these devices.
As far as I know the polaroid 4000 for example has a maximum scanning area of 25.1 x 38 mm
I suggest you scan the images in two separate scans and combine them in a image editing software.
kind regards
