Minolta 5400 Serial regected by the registration dialog.

Today I got my copy of SF6 Ai for Minolta 5400 and the English installer is corrupt. I'm trying to register online so I can get a password and download them but keep getting a message that the number is invalid. I have quadruple checked and, no, I'm not confusing 0's with O's. I'm also writing uppercase letters (but lowercase is not accepted either). I've written to support@silverfast.com but haven't got a reply yet. What gives? :(

Thanks, everything is all right now, regarding SilverFast --I wish Minolta had the same attitude as you. My scanner ceased functioning two days ago. Still trying to get a solution from them.

In any case, SilverFast beats their software hands down.

PS, will we ever get frame straightening? :wink:
