Information files not legible

Postby Eyemage » Fri Aug 17, 2007 12:54 am

There is a serious problem with legibility of some text files on your website. I wanted to compare the features of different versions, but cannot read the information. It is far too small at 100% and even printed at 200% on photo quality paper it is still impossible to read with a powerful loupe on a light table!

I also get errors trying to install the QT movie and documentation installers, etc. I can only view a few of the movies online.

I just upgraded to 6.5.1r.1a and have had several issues I am dealing with through support email. It is rather slow, sometimes taking a day for a response that still does not resolve the issue.

I use a non-Intel Mac G4 X3.9 with a Microtec 1800f. I am considering upgrading my scanner to one that supports multi-exposure, but may have to wait until SF supports Intel Macs and upgrade my computer too. I have been very satisfied with SF for 5 years, but it is looking sketchy now.

Dear Eyemage

as far as I can see all ticket requests you opened have been resolved meanwhile. If there's anything further we can do for you, I am happy to help you with. Please note that support is not staff on weekends.
But have a splendid weekend yourself :)

Best regards

Dear Eyemage

did you mean the PDF "Detailed Feature Comparison of all SF-Versions"?

Can you giva a example which QT-Movie is not viewable? Did you have an actual QT installed?

Best regards
