Can not download newest AI6 Update

Today i got my new film Scanner including SilverFast AI6. I registered myself on the Silverfast Homepage to download the newest updates. I recieved my Username and password but when i tried to download the latest update the download page doesn't accept my Username and password.

Are there any mirror servers i can download the latest update?

No mirror servers. Try a different time of day. Also, the username and password are case sensitive.
