starting in these new releases the buttons down the left side of the view panel show without thumbnail or with some but not all thumbnails and it varies as the software is used.
Also the densitometer lefthand thumbnails beside the reading behave similarly.
The quicktime movie thumbnail does not show on the relevant buttons except for in the auto subpanel of options.
In all cases the buttons still work and the densitometer can be changed from RGB to LAB etc.,
v6.2.r3 and 4 icons or thumbnails do not show Windows XP

You shall then be addressed by an LSI supporter to clarify whether this is a configuration or installation problem on your XP system or a genuine software bug.
