Using Silverfast HDR

I just purchased an HDR download for mac OSX and it still seems to be working in demo mode although it accepted my serial number. The old 6 AI version gave me a prescxan box next to hte scan RGB box. This one has a open box where the prescan one is. Also if I put a picture in and try to Scan RGB, I get a scxan of thje pyramid picture that seems to be the demo thing. Anybody got a fix
