Upgrade which version

Hello!
I?m using Ai v5.1 and HDR v5.1 on a Polaroid SS45 Ultra. I mainly use the HDR workflow. If I want to upgrade to version 6 which product to I have to buy (or do I have to upgrade both versions to make use of the new features)? Or are both upgrades included in this US$ 65 online option?
