Upgrade SE (online) to AI => Serial number - Problem?

Hello,

a few days ago I have bought SilverFast SE Online. Now I like to upgrade to AI.
After filling the required info, I get this:
"Error: The serial number you entered is not valid or is not suitable for this upgrade"
I have copied the serial number from the Purchase - email from Lasersoft.

What is the problem?
(Sorry for my bad english! )
