turning off auto-cor

Postby sebastianschubert » Tue Dec 04, 2007 8:12 am

is it possible to turn off the auto-correction after having selected a target area? when i've got a prescan of several negatives, and the active selection frame is looking good, i want to move the frame to the next slide, WITHOUT changing any levels or color settings. any hints?

(sf 6.5.0, epson v750)

Dear sebastianschubert

> Negafix dialogue > Expert mode > disable the "Auto" option.

Is it considered 'forbidden' to ask for help from other users? Every online forum on a specific topic like this (i.e. silverfast sw) that I've ever seen is full of people trying to help eachother. I think this person's post is very typical... if we are not allowed to request help from other users... is there another forum we can go to for help with your software? I want to like silverfast - but it has a LOT of problems (esp. in terms of ergonomics and defaults - not the most intuitive sw)... but there really needs to be a place where people can get help for topics that aren't covered in the manual...
