Transfer registration of ownership

Can someone tell me if it is possible to transfer ownership registration if I sell my copy of SF?

THe response i have gotten in the past is YES. You will need to let SF know who the new owner is so the registration can be corrected.

Ipurchased a copy of Silverfast that was previously registered and I would like to have it changed to my name. I've looked everywhere on the site for a link to email support but every link I try takes me to the faq page. How do I contact customer support?

The only way to reach the support form is through the use of the support assistant, after you have gone through a few questions you will find the support form which you have to fill out, it will then be processed by our support staff.

I am getting a new scanner and want to use the crossgrade option to purchase AI Studio for the new scanner. Will I be able to include my current Silverfast Ai Studio in the sale of my old scanner, and transfer that to the new owner?

It is always possible to transfer the license, easiest would be send the email to our support team through the website form.
