Recently we've ben getting a lot of e-mails from AOL users, complaining that they never received a response regarding their support inquiry. After checking these cases, I found that we actually did send the response. It seems that AOL has implemented a new SPAM filter, which, when turned on, eliminates our e-mails to the customer without a warning.
So, please, if you've not been getting a response from us- check your SPAM filter settings !
we use the following domains in the "from:"- field to answer your inquiries:
silverfast.com
silverfast.net
lasersoft.de
support response

Junk E-mail folder
I found hotmail to do the same, My response ended up in junk Email folder.
You just have to check that folder, or like you say allow it.
