Support High Resolution Monitor

Does SilverFast 8.8 support high resolution display? I bought Surface Pro 4 with screen resolution of 2736x1824. Already set the font size to 200%. However Silverfast seem not support high DPI scale. The UI menu is just too small to use.

The font currently can not be scaled, we will fix this in a future update..

Thank you. I have the same issue using the surface even with the docking station.
