Spanish translation

Postby jtrevino » Wed Jun 13, 2007 5:50 am

I thought you might be interested to know that "Fast Launch Bar" is not translated into Spanish as "Barra de Lancha R?pida" but as "Barra de Inicio R?pido". Although "launch" can translate as "lancha" (boat) it also translates as "lanzamiento". MS-Windows uses the term "Inicio R?pido" that means "Fast (or Quick) Start".

The question to add an icon to the fast launch bar during SF installation comes out very funny, like a Babelfish translation.

Dear LSI staff,

Apologies for the late reply. I've been traveling.

I'm away from home at this moment but will check the version asap and get back with the info.

Best regards,

Jorge.
