Silverfast SE plus 8/CMS/it8 files?

Hi,
I'm using Version 8.0.1r46 Silverfast SE Plus/Mac 10.9.2/Epson V750 and cannot find the CMS options in my version of the software. Reading the documentation suggests that it should be found under the Edit menu, but it does not seem to appear there. I've created the it8 profiles with i1 software and ***** transparency targets, but don't see how to load the profiles with SilverFast.

On OSX the preferences are in the "SilverFast 8" menu.

In the CMS menu, the "Input" selection is grayed out and cannot be changed. The "Internal" option offers various RBG options, but I cannot navigate to find any other files such as the 'it8 files I created. How do I use these two options to select the .it8 file?

Dear Johnny Brian,

Are you maybe scanning negatives?
In negative mode the special NegaFix profiles are in use.
This can not be changed.
The calibration is only necessary for positive scans.
