Dear Rexjim.

The weather is a lot to warm here in DK, we are waiting for rain!!!.

You will need a TWAIN application that can start the SilverFast-Twain plugin. Any TWAIN application can be used. Normally, TWAIN applications have an "acquire" or "scan" entry in the "file" menu. To double click the SilverFast plugin is not enough. Which application are you using ?

A second possibility is to use our own stand alone application. This application is called "SF_App" (the newer versions are called "SF Launcher". This application can be downloaded from our website and is for free.
ATTENTION: To use SilverFast with SF_App or SF Launcher, you need the PhotoShop version of the SilverFast plugin. Our application cannot start the TWAIN plugin.

Eric.
