Silverfast Ai - Scanning in Jpeg 2000?

Question:
I read that scanning files in JPEG-2000 format was better than in TIFF. Does Silverfast Ai allow that option? Is that not available?

Background:
I run on Windows XP Home Edition; I use Silverfast Ai with an Epson V750 PRO.
