BACKGROUND:
I have an Epson V750 PRO scanner that uses Silverfast Ai to scan in. I catalog the scans from this program into Adobe PhotoElements 5.0 Catalog. My computer runs Windows XP Home Edition.
PROBLEM:
After scanning one picture and moving on to the next, SilverFast crashes mid-scan. I get a Windows error message, which I choose to send and report each time. I have to restart the scanner and SilverFast program for each scan after that, which is time consuming considering I have several hundred scans to go through.
I installed the driver and have kept an eye out for updates on Silverfast Ai but nothing has helped. Why is my program crashing? What is the solution?
