Silverfast 6 bSE do not install

I recently bought a Perfection 4870, and when I tryed to install the laserfast included only perform the installation wizard partially and its
stop, desapear and do not go on. If I will try to instal again it runs a few error windows and can not ccontinue.
I download the version update of the same version and install ok, but when the program pronted for the s/n I writed the number printed on the original cd and work, but in demo mode.
I send a mail to support but this is the time that I have no answere and I have not scanner and a lot of work waiting.
Some body can help me to work.

Dear alexiades

you are trying to install the SilverFast SE version which came bundled with your Epson 4870 scanner.
Please update to the most recent version which you will get via download from our website:
https://www.silverfast.com/sf-download/b ... roduct=414

This shall resolve your problem.
However, if it does not, please don't hesitate to let me now.
