SF6 Hardcopy Tutorial

I'm having difficulty accessing QuickTime on-line tutorials for SF6. Is a hardcopy tutorial available, and how do I obtain it?

If you have not used silverfast before, try Ian Lyons tutorials at www.computer-darkroom.com . They are very good. There is also a link on the silverfast site.
