Are the Silverfast serial numbers linked to *my* Windows and Photoshop serial numbers?
The person buying my scanner does not want to use the Silverfast software (w/IT8 target). Does the licensing agreement allow me to sell the software to someone else?
When I sell the software, can the new ower contact Silverfast and update the registration info?

You can sell SilverFast once the new User gets all the original CDs documentation, etc. The new user can then register the software with a proof of purchase and get access to updates, etc.
