Scanner Plustek OpticFilm 7200

Hi! I have truobles with my new scanner, OpticFilm 7200: my pc can't find it, even if the installation is succesfull. The error messages are: "Registries not found", "It doesnt' exist any scanner", etc
I always look at the scanner is on and properly linked to my pc.
I really don't konw what can I do....Please, give me a help! :cry:
