Release Inflation

Postby pike105 » Wed Aug 01, 2007 9:58 pm

Five releases within 24 days. Even two at the same day. Unbelievable, unprofessional, ridiculous.

May I suggest, that you guys from LS first test the software an then publish it?

Do you think, the new IT8 routine is working now? Or will we be punished with another 5 versions?

Gets back to the old "dammed if you do , dammed if you don't ". i appreciate SF trying to be more responsive with fixes - yet speed without significant testing is just as painfull -

So which would one choose ?

best regards,

They just fix on Tuesday what they did wrong and what they did not test on Monday.

What LS needs is both a professional requirement management and software quality management. There seems to be nothing like this.

This is hard for a small company, but if they continue like this, they will disappear from the market.
