registration for Silverfast SE won't work

Hi,
have registered my silver fast SE and become a serialnumber and a link for downloading the software but the registration won't accept the serialnumber . I have tried everything but it doesn’t work. What’s wrong. Anyone know what’s up?
I have contacted the support, but there is no answer

When did you send the e-mail to the Support ? We try to solve every problem as quick as possible, but we can't solve every problem on the same day.
Could you give me anything, how i could search for your mail (name, email, subject) ?
