red eye removal in HDR Studio

I have not found out how to do red eye removal on more than one eye with HDR Studio (6.6.2r4a). Whenever I try to define a second region, the previously defined one goes away. With two eyes, one can define an area containing both, but with more, there is the problem that lips may also be detected as red eyes.
My memory is, by the way, that multiple regions work in SilverFast UScan SE (for plustek 7600i). What am I doing wrong in HDR?
