problem with IT8 calibration process

Hi!
I recenty upgrade from 6.6 to 8.2 on windows.

I can't achieve the IT8 calibration process.
IT8 target is detected, prescan and scan are processed but at the end, program hangs, system windows appears and Silverfast deseappers ...
I have tried several times ...without sucess ... in fact reproductible case
I understand that problem appears when OR after it write the generatedfile ...

any idea ?

Dear customer,

Please make sure you are logged in as an Administrator.
A normal user would not have access to the necessary system folder.
Please also check your security software. Some of these can block access to systems folders as well.
