Previewing batch scans

I have a Polaroid scanner that takes film strips. I know how to get the thumbnails of the film strips but how can I preview each in turn and adjust them before scanning? I used to use ViewScan which allowed you to page through the previous in the preview pane using left and right arrows at the base of the page but I can't see any such items in this application.

Dear Bob,

you have the overview and there you can select the part of the filmstrip and than make a prescan, of the selected picture.
