Plustek driver to Epson V750 Pro

I originally used silverfast 8 with a plustek scanner but I now have a Epson V750 Pro. I get this message when I try to launch Silverfast
"There was a problem starting your scanner.Please make sure your drivers are installed correctly.Exiting now..."
Is there a way to use the serial number I had for the Plustek so that I can use it for the Epson or is it only compatible for for the Plustek?

unfortunately it is not possible to use your Plustek serial for the Epson scanner.
But you can use the Plustek serial to get a discount for the Epson version.
