No Overview in Silverfast 6 Ai

I have a Reflecta Digitdia 3600 with Silverfast Ai. From November 2004. When I used Silverfast I see in the overview window ONE frame. How can I get 100 white frame's so that I can made a batch scan? I can not find a solution for that problem. I have mant time tried to install Silverfast again but always I got one frame.

Is there anybody that can help me?

You need to "tell" SilverFast how much slides are in your slide holder and which position the scanner is at as the DigitDia offers no hardware function to recognize this itself.
Did you set these values accordingly?
