New (dumb) User question - changing scan file format

Hi, I'm a brand new non tech (dumb) user just set up myPlustek 7600i scanner with your software. I have it all working and have done some basic scans but I am struggling a bit with the complex user interface. I am searching for the control which allows me to change the file format of the scans I am creating - it is currently creating JPEGs but I want to create TIFF files.
I am sure I have seen this menu option somewhere but now I cannot find it again. Can you point me to the right place?

Dear Mr. Stewart,

If you press the "scan" button will open a new window where you can choose the location. There you can also select the file format.
