Need to reset all setting after each scan!

After downloading the the latest update for Ai the scans are really nice but after scan each image I need to reset everything: file type to Tranny, res, Q-factor, in Options on the general tab the gamma setting, HDR check box, etc, on the CMS tab all the Calibration settings, etc. Is there a way to set my preferences as the default settings? All this resetting is getting old and the chance for mistakes are great! I use the Epson 3200.

To your problem:
I can confirm this trouble with the Epson 3200 and SilverFast 6.2.0r1 Ai.
There can be a connection with not being able to use the IT-8 calibration on that scanner with that SF version (see other post).

Please note that this is not the intended behaviour, is regarded as a bug and already developers are trying to get rid of it.

As soon as an update is available, please download that one and let us know if this does rectify things. Thanks for your co-operation.
