multi-sampling with Nikon LS-2000

I am using a Nikon LS-2000 on the Mac platform (OS 9.2.2) with Silverfast 6 Ai(6.0.1r07).

The multi-sampling button is not engaging that feature. If I choose 16X sampling, the scan time and quality is the same as 1X sampling. I have tested the scanner with Silverfast Ai 5.5 and it responds to the multi-sampling selection okay, so it is not a hardware issue.

After reading the previos post I walked over to my Mac running System 9.1, Photoshop 6.01, Silverfast 6.01r07, and a Nikon LS-2000

Tried 16x Multi-Sample and it flew through the scan as if it was a 1x scan.

The bug has been fixed in the Mac version currently available on our web site.
