Movies

I just purchased Silverfast AI Studio for the Epson V500 Scanner. I can't get the movies to work. They show up almost all green...voice is there, but picture all green. I do get the QT movies through the website, but not through the program as mentioned above.

How can I fix this?

Please install the latest version of Quicktime from the Apple Website, this should solve the problem.

Hi,

I had the most current version of Quicktime so I uninstalled it and downloaded it again and reinstalled it. Still doesn't work. I can get the QT movies from your website and play them that way, but not in the Silverfast AI STudio interface for Epson V500. Thought you would want to know...

could you please try reinstalling the movies with our movie installer found on our download site.

I did as you requested and reinstalled the movies...but no luck. Still have audio but video is a green screen. Just FYI...

Dear MF,

we tested it here in our testing center again and ecerything was working fine using the latest version of quicktime and our movie installer.
Could you please specify the OS you are using ?

Dear MF,

I also tested it with a configuration smimilar to yours and everything is working well.
Is it possible that you Anti Virus Software is causing the trouble here ?
