Dear Silverfast Team,
Could you please explain the meaning / function of the two items in Preferences / Special:
Maximum offset for iSRD alignment (default: 70px)
Maximum offset for ME alignment (default: 20px)
They sound very interesting, especially as I have problems with both of these features.
Thank you in advance.

Re: Maximum offsets in Preferences
Dear customer,
The values define the search radius for aligning the individually scanned (ME/infrared) images.
You can adjust them in case you have issues with misaligned images.
Kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.

Re: Maximum offsets in Preferences
I am scanning Kodachrome with a Plustek OpticFilm 8200i ai. The alignment of the infrared scan was off several pixels. In Preferences, I have changed the iSRD offset preference from 20 to 70 with and it fixed the problem. NOTE... you must restart Silverfast for the preference change to take effect.

Re: Maximum offsets in Preferences
Dear customer,
Normally it should not be necessary to restart SilverFast for the setting to take effect.
I will check that in our testing center.
Kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.

I have the same problem but even If I restart Silverfast, it doesn't change the maximum.
