LaserSoft Imaging Banners (3)

I have a new 'plustek' OpticFilm 7200 which appears to scan correctly but inserts 3 large labels (LaserSoft Imaging) across the middle of the image. I have downloaded both both 'plustek' and software manuals but have been unable to turn off these labels. Help please before I lose my remaining hair !!

Dear tonyinoz,

these "Banners" indicate that you have not properly unlocked SilverFast and it still needs to be unlocked with your Serialnumber and the original SilverFast CD in the CD Rom drive of your Computer. If you still have problems getting rid of those bars please contact support as we would be able to help you much faster and mote sufficient.
