Just a happy user....

Grettings Folks. My first post and I'm basically only here to get a message out to the creators of this software to let them know how happy I am with this product. I have an old (10-11 year old) Microtek Scanmaker 6EXL that's (knock on wood....Don't want to jinx it) still working great. When I first purchased it the OEM software ( Scan Suite & Scan Wizard ) that came with it really had all the tools n filters for getting some great images. Now that my computers are running Windows XP that software was not an option as it would cause many computer freezes and errors. So for many years I've used different scanners and lately I went back to my 6xEL and used XP's scanning and imaging program. Ugh. Very disappointing. No filters. No tools. So today I Googled (finally) for some scanner software and after checking out the sites with their 'freeware' and such I settled on yours. Well, let me tell you, my first scan of some magazine covers and some newspaper photos the results were beautiful. Man, I am so darned happy. The install was simple. NO problems with it finding my SCSI hooked up Microtek. The interface I picked up in no time. So many nice features....... Just plain Good Stuff. Keep up the good work. The price was right on too. Sorry for the length of this but I just had share this. Peace. gk
