Epson V700, Windows 10 64 bit, Ai Studio 8.8.0r1
On wednesday 3.2.2016 following a change of slides in the Epson 35mm slide tray, Job Manager started to output files at 300 dpi, even though HDR RAW was selected. Today, 4.2.2016, Ai Studio complained about the Epson drivers.
I did what any self-respecting PC support would do: downloaded a Studio Ai update (which happened to be a new one, (Ai Studio 8.8.0r2 (January 19th, 2016)) and Epson drivers, and reinstalled the products. Job manager still outputs 300 dpi! Selecting 64 bit HDR RAW and a single frame, setting the slider at 3200 ppi and initiating the process via the Scan button at the top of the screen produces a 105 MB file. Note that the System Progress (?) window at the bottom of the docks displayed 300DPI throughout the single frame scan.
Am I doing something wrong here?

Re: Job manager won't output HDR RAW
Dear customer,
Did you maybe check the basic display/print size?
This is what is selected under "Preset".
That value is put into the files metadata and is also shown in the scan progress window.
The actual scan resolution is shown by the slider.
So if the pixel size of the image is correct everything should be alright.
Kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.
